We begin by carefully sorting your laundry into darks and lights to ensure proper cleaning. We'll also check your pockets, check tags, and apply any ordered spot treatments. Then, unless specified otherwise, we proceed to washing everything in cold water and drying in medium heat. Please note, unless specified, we assume all of your items are machine-washable and okay to tumble-dry.

We wash and dry your clothes, linens, towels, bedding, and other items using premium detergents, softeners, OxiClean, and dryer sheets at no extra cost to you. If you prefer, we offer other laundry products such as Tide, Gain, and Downy for a small upcharge. Check out our pricing page for a complete menu of service options.

Lastly for those final finishing touches, we promptly fluff and carefully fold your laundry before gently packing it into protective bags. We will also hang any collared shirts, dresses, and jackets, too, ensuring that your laundry is wrinkle-free and ready to wear. We provide economical wire hangers free of charge, but you are welcome to provide your own hangers, too.

At Montecito Super Wash, we strive to deliver exceptional laundry care. We assume all items you provide in your order are to be washed and dried in our equipment unless otherwise requested and specified. If you have a special request for how to do your laundry (e.g. separate delicates and dry on low) please let us know by inputting your request in the special instructions and preferences fields when scheduling your order online. Then bag these items separately and label the bag according to the treatment its contents get. This helps us ensure we apply the special treatment to the right items.
